- Non-identifiable Usage Data – Information such as feature usage, search frequency, and technical logs. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to personally identify you.

3.1 Payment Processing
We use Stripe for payments, analytics, and other business services. Stripe may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies. The personal data Stripe collects may include transactional data and identifying information about devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud prevention and detection, authentication, analytics related to the performance of its services, and to enhance and customize the user experience. 4. Data Security
Your email address and account information are stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption and security measures.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. By using our Service, you acknowledge that there is always some risk of unauthorized access.
5. Data Retention
Non-identifiable usage data may be stored indefinitely for statistical or operational purposes.
If you have closed your account and wish to have your email address removed from our system, send an email to contact@flipsnatch.com from the email address you wish to be removed with the subject "ACCOUNT DELETE REQUEST." We will then delete your account completely from the system.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@flipsnatch.com for immediate removal.
7. Geographic Scope
The Service is available only to users located within the United States. We do not collect or store data for individuals outside the United States.
